For each Tuesday-to-Tuesday week, compare the actual matchup with a modeled one where both teams’ trades that week are undone. Waiver and free-agent moves stay as they happened.
Prototype reconstruction: ESPN weekly box-score rosters stand in for the ending Tuesday snapshot, while accepted trades provide the Tuesday-to-Tuesday diff. This is not yet an exact historical roster ledger. The no-trade lineup uses ESPN projections to choose replacements, then scores those players using actual results.
