What if nobody traded?

Real = ESPN's actual starters. Current optimal = best possible lineup from each week's actual roster. No trades = best possible lineup after moving known traded players back to their pre-trade owner, while keeping real waiver and free-agent pickups. Δ wins compares no trades to current optimal (ties count as half a win). This hindsight experiment does not model roster limits, injury choices, or the moves managers would actually make; trade-week changes may not reflect lineup locks. Champeens trades are reconstructed and can be incomplete.
